ICBC Subsidized Counselling

If you have been in a car accident and have reported a claim you are now automatically pre-approved for up to 12 counselling sessions. I am an approved ICBC service provider, so there would be no upfront cost to you. I would invoice ICBC directly. It’s very common for someone to feel uneasy about driving after getting into a crash. Counselling can help you heal and get back behind the wheel.

 

Counselling & Psychotherapy

 

Offer individual, couples, and family counselling.

I use a bottom-up approach that combines different and effective modalities and the latest research on the interconnections between body, mind, emotions, and brain. I will help you to get to the root of the problem, and resolve it. 


Length of Sessions:

Generally, I will discuss with you to decide the length of each session according to your needs and your goals. 

For Individual therapy, on-going sessions can be 60 minutes long, depending on your needs. 

For Couples and Family therapy, on-going sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes long.



Length of Therapy:

The length of therapy usually depends upon individual differences and the seriousness of the issue. Length of therapy varies for each individual, couple or family. The average number of sessions is 8 to 20 sessions.
